A bright, tea-like light roast bursting with jasmine, bergamot, and lemon, with a delicate, clean finish. Washed process, grown at 1,900-2,200m. This is the coffee to reach for if you like fruity, floral, high-acidity cups; it's the opposite end of the spectrum from our Sumatra. Best brewed as pour-over or AeroPress to show off the clarity. Roasted to order; best within 4 weeks.
