Our everyday medium roast: a smooth, balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond, and a soft caramel finish. A washed/natural blend of Central and South American beans that works in any brewer. Roasted to order and shipped within 24 hours; best enjoyed within 4 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag. Tip: roast level has little effect on caffeine, so a dark roast is not 'stronger' than this by caffeine content. Whole beans stay fresher longer, so grind only if you don't own a grinder. Choose your grind to match your brewer.
