Sumatra Mandheling (Single Origin)
A bold, full-bodied dark roast with earthy cedar, dark chocolate, and a syrupy, low-acidity finish. Wet-hulled (giling basah) process, which gives Sumatran coffee its signature heavy body. Reach for this if you like rich, chocolatey, low-acid coffee; it's the opposite of our bright Ethiopian. Excellent in a French press or moka pot. Roasted to order; best within 4 weeks.
